C) All other applicants (not covered under B) must mail a current CV and a letter from their psychiatric or other relevant professional association, confirming the applicant is a member in good standing in the applicant's national professional organization.
D) The following are the HAPA categories of membership and annual dues (January to December)
b) Member-in-Training: $25. Trainees from medical students to psychiatric residents/fellows in approved US or Canadian programs.
c) Affiliate Member: $35. Non-psychiatric physicians, mental health professionals.
